SHIPPING
Shipping charges are advertised on the web, before confirming the purchase. The transportation method is through Spain Postal Mail certificate. The purchased product will leave our warehouse within no more than three days. If you wish, you can ask us about it at the following email: tienda@hewamey.com
RETURNS
Warranty & Return of an item. All products can be returned within 15 days from the shipment receipt. If the size is inadequate or simply not convinced by the product, we will exchange it or if you prefer, we will refund your money. You decide. Remember that neither you nor we are interested that you keep a product that does not satisfy you. To do this, send the article with the delivery order, indicating whether to replace it with another, or your money back, to: Hewamey.Hazas 10 (Bajo) Liendo.39776 CANTABRIA Spain.
• • • Hewamey can only pay the shipping costs of a refund if this is due to an error on our part serving the request improperly or if it is a defective product. To achieve this, let us know within seven days of receipt. In this case, Hewamey will pay the costs of the new shipping.
• • • To obtain this refund, the product must be in perfect condition in its original packaging, including adhesives. Remember that these items are considered intimate and as a safety measure, we will not accept the return of any used items. Once we receive the merchandise in our store, and after checking the state in which it is, you shall be refunded according to the payment method you placed.
